Ordering
Once you've found an item you love and chosen a colour and size, you can add it to your shopping bag. You can then keep shopping or go straight to your bag.

Here you'll find an overview of all the items you've added to your bag. Everything correct? Click "Check out" to continue with your order. You'll be asked to log in to your account or, if you don't have one yet, to register.
Please note! The items in your bag are not reserved for you.
In the next steps you'll see the total amount and any shipping costs that apply.
Shipping costs
We ship with DPD, to your home or to a DPD Pickup point of your choice.

Free shipping from €100 to Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Germany and France. Free shipping applies to full-price orders; for discounted or sale items, or when a discount code is used, the standard shipping cost applies. The discount is applied automatically at checkout.
Collect in Geel
You can also collect your order in Geel (Molseweg 125), by appointment only. Email info@ilanka.be or call +32 (0)472 28 67 67 to arrange a time.
What happens after you order?
Shortly after placing your order, you'll receive a confirmation email from us. Can't find it in your inbox? Be sure to check whether it has ended up in your spam folder.
Payment
In our webshop you pay 100% securely with Bancontact, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, iDEAL, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Klarna (pay in 3 instalments at no extra cost, or pay within 30 days).
Receive and return your parcel where and when you want
All our parcels are shipped with DPD. You can easily have your parcels delivered to your home or to one of the many DPD Pickup parcel shops. That way you can collect or return your parcel whenever and wherever suits you best.
As soon as we ship the parcel and register it with DPD, you'll receive a track&trace code by email so you can follow the status of your parcel. DPD will then let you know by SMS/email on which day your parcel will be delivered. Doesn't suit you? No problem, you can change your delivery (e.g. to a nearby Pickup parcel shop, to a neighbour…) or postpone it. On the day itself you'll be informed by email or SMS of the one-hour time slot in which your parcel will arrive. If you opted for a Pickup parcel shop, you'll receive an email/SMS when your parcel has arrived at the pickup point.
Not at home when the DPD driver comes by after all? Your parcel will be taken to a Pickup parcel shop and you'll be notified when you can collect it there.
Delivery time
We ship at least once a week. Your order leaves no later than 5 working days after we receive your payment. Then allow 1 to 3 working days for delivery in Belgium and 2 to 5 working days in the rest of the EU. During busy periods it may take longer; the maximum delivery time is 14 working days. If an item unexpectedly turns out to be out of stock, we'll let you know by email as soon as possible. If your parcel still hasn't arrived after 14 working days, please contact us so we can find out what went wrong.
