Exchanges and returns

Not entirely satisfied? You can return your item within 14 days of receipt.

Return procedure:

• Return shipping is at the customer's expense — you choose the carrier yourself.
• Send your return to: Monique Culenaire, Ilanka BVBA, Molseweg 125, 2440 Geel, Belgium.

Return conditions:

• Within the 14-day cooling-off period, starting the day after you receive the items.
• Items must be returned unworn, unwashed and in their original condition, with labels attached.
• Please include your order number or a copy of your invoice, so we can process your return quickly.
• Items must be packed in their original packaging.
• Accessories, gloves, scarves, hats, socks, … cannot be returned.
• During discounts and sales, returns and exchanges are not permitted.

Tip! Keep your proof of postage safe until we have processed your return.
