Exchanges and returns

Not completely happy? You can return your item within 14 days of receipt, no questions asked. This applies to all items.

How it works

• Let us know within 14 days of receipt that you would like to make a return, by emailing info@ilanka.be and quoting your order number.
• Then send the item back within 14 days to: Ilanka BV, attn. Monique Culenaire, Molseweg 125, 2440 Geel, Belgium. You choose the carrier yourself.
• Return shipping costs are at your expense; we do not offer free return labels.
• Keep your proof of postage until we have processed your return.

Conditions

• Items must be returned unworn, unwashed and in their original condition, with all labels attached and in the original packaging.
• Include your order number or a copy of your invoice so we can process your return quickly.
• Items sealed for hygiene reasons (such as underwear or hosiery) are only accepted if the seal is intact.
• If an item has been worn, is damaged or is missing labels, we may charge for the loss in value.

Refunds

Once we have received and checked your return, we will refund you within 14 days using the same payment method you paid with. The original shipping costs are only refunded if you return the entire order.

Exchanges

Would you like a different size or colour? Simply place a new order and return the first item following the steps above — that way you'll have your new item as quickly as possible.
