Receive and send your package wherever and whenever you want

All our parcels are shipped with DPD. You can easily have your parcel delivered to your home or to one of the many DPD Pickup parcel shops. This way, you can pick up or return the parcel yourself whenever and wherever it suits you best.

When we ship your package and register it with DPD, you'll receive a track & trace code by email so you can track its status. DPD will then inform you by text message or email about the delivery date. Is that day inconvenient? No problem, you can change your delivery (e.g., to a nearby Pickup parcel shop, a neighbor's, etc.) or postpone it. On the day itself, you'll be notified by email or text message about the one-hour window your package will arrive. If you've chosen a Pickup parcel shop, you'll receive an email or text message when your package has arrived at the pickup point.

If you're not home when the DPD driver arrives, your package will be taken to a Pickup parcel shop. You'll be notified when it's ready to collect.

The delivery time for an order is a maximum of 7 business days. Items may have a longer delivery time during periods of high demand or busy periods. It's possible that items you order are out of stock. In such cases, you'll receive an email notification as soon as possible. If your package hasn't arrived within 14 days, we recommend contacting us so we can investigate the issue.
