This skirt has 3 layers of tulle and is really a must have if you want something different. The skirt is made on an elastic and goes from narrow to very wide. The basic color is black, but cool prints have been put on it in gray.

Great for stealing the show. Also just beautiful under a nice black cardigan or dress so that there is still a piece to look at. Just a short sweater on top and a nice shoe, but also with a thick sweater and a cool boot.
